Returns & Exchanges
Please email us at hello[at]madamepremier.com if you would like to return or exchange within seven days of receipt of your items. If you have received a defective item, we require a photo showing the issue. Madame Premier will only accept returns and exchanges on regular priced items, provided the items have not been worn, used or washed. If your items are not returned in their original condition, the return will not be processed. Items purchased on sale are a final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Madame Premier & Sophie Grace Limited Edition T-Shirts 
The Madame Premier & Sophie Grace Limited Edition Fundraising T-Shirts for Fresh Routes, Greater Vancouver Food Bank and Second Harvest were pre-sale t-shirts. This means that exactly the number of shirts that were ordered were sold. 100% of the net proceeds from this shirt will be donated to these organisations on your behalf by Madame Premier and Sophie Grace. As this t-shirt was a fundraising item, it is not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding for these unique circumstances and the receiving charitable organizations sincerely appreciate your contribution to provide Canadians with their critical services during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs for returning your item. Using a shipping carrier with tracking is recommended. The item must be received back within 14 days of delivery. All returns or exchanges made outside of this period will not be accepted.
Sales and Promotions
All items on sale or part of a promotion are final sale. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on these items. All offers are limited to stock on hand. Not valid on prior purchases, taxes or shipping. Consumer must pay applicable sales tax. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. All sales are final on sale items. Sale not valid on gift cards. Madame Premier has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
Shipping
Orders are sent out within one to three business days. International orders are subject to increased postage costs and packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping delays are always a possibility and outside the control of Madame Premier. 
Local Pickup in Calgary
Madame Premier's local pick-up location is Tigersted Flea Market on Centre Street. Local pick-up is for Calgary and area residents only. If you select local pick-up when you place your order, you will receive an email with information on when it will be ready, Tigersted Flea Market's address and hours of business. 
Lost, Stolen or Missing Orders
Madame Premier is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We unfortunately are unable to provide refunds on lost, stolen or missing orders.
