2021 Holiday Gift Policy
Holiday purchases of regular priced Madame Premier-made clothing (t-shirts and sweaters with a Madame Premier tag) with a receipt/gift receipt in its unworn, unwashed and original condition may be exchanged or returned for in-store credit by Friday, January 11, 2022. Returns and exchanges without a receipt are not allowed. All other items, including but not limited to Madame Premier gift cards, accessories and everything else, as always, is a final sale.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Madame Premier made clothing (anything with a Madame Premier label not including accessories), may be returned or exchanged within seven days of the purchase date in its original unworn and unwashed condition. All other items are a final sale. 
Online Returns & Exchanges
Please email hello[at]madamepremier.com if you would like to inquire about a return or exchange within seven days of receipt of your items. If you have received a defective item, we require a photo showing the issue. Please note defective does not mean an air bubble or small flaws in ceramic items. Madame Premier will only accept returns and exchanges on regular priced items, provided the items are in their original unworn and unwashed condition. All other items are a final sale. If your item(s) are not returned in their original condition, the return will not be processed and the item will be returned at the customers cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping costs for all additional postage for returns and/or exchanges.
The Bad Feminist Policy
If you attempt to use feminism or the values of Madame Premier believes in and supports to return a final sale item, that item is no longer just a final sale item it is a forever and and ever and ever final sale. Feminism is defined as equality, it is not to be weaponized or leveraged to return something. Madame Premier is not a bad feminist for not allowing a return.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Using a shipping carrier with tracking is recommended. Any items sent back by the customer and not received by Madame Premier will not be returned. All returns or exchanges made outside of this period will not be accepted. If you’re order is returned because of an incorrect address, it is the buyers sole responsibility to pay for shipping again.
Lost, Stolen or Missing Orders
Madame Premier is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen orders. We unfortunately are unable to provide refunds on lost, stolen or missing orders.
Sales and Promotions
All items on sale or part of a promotion are final sale. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on these items. Not valid on prior purchases, taxes or shipping. All sales are final on sale items. Madame Premier has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply. 
Charitable Collections & Fundraising Items
Madame Premier Limited Edition fundraising t-shirts are a final sale. Because a donation is made from a percentage of the net profits, all limited edition fundraising t-shirts are a final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.
Shipping
Orders are sent out within approximnately one to three business days. International orders are subject to increased postage costs and packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping delays are always a possibility and outside the control of Madame Premier. 
Local Pickup in Calgary
Collect your orders once you have been notified at the Madame Premier store located at 1012 9th Avenue SE in Calgary.
